What could this be?
Found on Quercus pubescens in Istria. The species does not seem to be very much spread in Central Europe.

these are Dryomyia circinnans (Giraud) on Quercus cerris

Dryomyia circinans might be a possibility. But is definitely not Qercus cerris.

You're right. If I compare photo and exsikkat, the difference is significant.
I took some leaves to determine the host, but it was obviously a neighbour-tree. That was really stupid!
